Born and raised in Gainesville, FL Gina graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She started her career in Real Estate her junior year of college and spent 7 years as a sales associate. In 2011 she assumed the position of Vice President/Managing Broker for the Watson Realty Corp. NW Gainesville office and later opened a second area location in the Tioga Town Center. After 5 years running the Gainesville offices she moved up to the Corporate office into a Business Development position. With a desire to be back in a local Real Estate office working directly with sales associates, Gina joined Century 21 in 2018. After 3 years as Managing Broker Gina and her husband purchased the Brokerage in 2021. Positioned in her local community she enjoys doing what she does best – helping associates create and grow their Real Estate careers.
Outside of Real Estate Gina enjoys reading, cooking, boating and time with her family. She loves to travel, explore new areas, restaurants and great wine. Gina is the mother of two busy kids, participates in their baseball, band and other activities. She organizes community events in her neighborhood and with her office. Some of her favorite time is spent relaxing with her husband.
