North Hampton

Located just west of Amelia Island and along the banks of Lofton Creek, North Hampton is a neighborhood rich with native flora and wildlife. Over fifty percent of the community is open space by design featuring playing fields, parks, golf and lakes. Community amenities include tennis, basketball, family clubhouse, junior Olympic and children’s pools, playground, and events lawn.

The Golf Club at North Hampton features a scenic eighteen-hole 7080 yard, par 72 layout Arnold Palmer’s signature course, and clubhouse.

The course was extensively renovated in 2012 elevating it to one of the top courses in Florida. A unique ‘Outpost’ facility exists inside North Hampton and gives the community access to fishing and kayaking on Lofton Creek. Residents can enjoy sunsets from the dock and host parties with access to the building and grounds.
