Meet Todd 'TJ' Durham
For TJ, life on Amelia Island feels a bit like coming full circle. His family vacationed here often when he was growing up, and when his parents made the move in 2017, he already knew there was something special about this place.
At the time, TJ was building a career in freight brokerage in Chicago, but his visits to the island kept getting longer. What started as a couple of trips a year turned into several months at a time, until he finally decided to make the move permanent in 2022. With remote work already part of his routine, it was the perfect chance to follow his long-standing plan to pursue real estate.
After gaining hands-on experience managing rental properties, TJ officially traded the freight world for the real estate world. Now part of CENTURY 21 Miller Elite, he brings a strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others make Amelia Island their home.
TJ loves the laid-back island lifestyle, meeting people from all over, and being part of a community that continues to grow. You'll often find him biking around town, relaxing at the beach, or out on the golf course. A diehard sports fan, he proudly supports the Jacksonville Jaguars, Notre Dame football, and the Chicago Cubs.
